Where can you buy LEIYU tools in Kazakhstan?
LEIYU is a sub-brand of Fengbao. The tools are made in the Fengbao factory in Qidong, Jiangsu, and ship to order straight to Kazakhstan. For wholesale, order directly from us by WhatsApp, Telegram or the enquiry form, in Russian or Kazakh.
The site does not sell retail or publish wholesale prices, because the price depends on the model, quantity and battery configuration, and freight is quoted separately for the delivery city.
What is the minimum order?
Standard models start from one carton. Each model has a fixed number per carton, shown on the product page and the quotation, and the first order can mix models. Every tool ships with two batteries and a charger, ready to sell.
How long does it take to reach Almaty and Astana?
About 12 to 25 days to Almaty and 15 to 25 days to Astana, depending on the actual route. LEIYU keeps no stock in Kazakhstan, so order ahead of the busy season and allow for both production and transit.
Stocked items ship within 7 days; orders that need production take 5 to 12 days. The goods are loaded in Qidong, Jiangsu, leave China via Urumqi and Khorgos and travel by rail or road, with no waiting for sailings. The table below shows the transit days to each city; every city is reached within 25 days at the latest.

Transit days are counted from departure in Qidong and do not include production time; the exact route and place of delivery are written into the contract.
How do payment and documents work?
Payment: T/T in CNY or USD; bulk orders: 30% deposit, balance paid before the goods leave the warehouse; small orders and samples paid in full before dispatch.
The receiving account belongs to the company named in the contract and proforma invoice; check the name of the receiving company before paying. Any change of account is valid only if confirmed on WhatsApp or from our company email, so do not pay to any other account.
We prepare the export documents on the China side. The customs clearance method in the destination country and the trade terms are agreed in the quotation and written into the contract; we confirm which documents are needed after checking each model.
LEIYU UN38.3 and MSDS documents are checked per model and sent with the quotation; Russian and Kazakh manuals and labels can be prepared per order.
