Send your company name and country, the models you need, the quantity per model, battery configuration and delivery city, and whether you want the LEIYU brand or your own label, and we quote per order. The quotation lists unit price, carton quantity, lead time, payment terms and available documents; if you have not chosen models yet, tell us which tools your shop sells most and we will suggest a mix.

We set a flexible minimum order quantity (MOQ) based on the size of your dealer network: standard models start from one carton, and a first order can combine several models, one carton of each. Contact us for details.

By T/T, in CNY or USD; samples and small trial orders can also be paid by Alipay. Bulk orders: 30% deposit, balance paid before the goods leave the warehouse; dispatch is arranged once the remaining 70% arrives. Small orders and samples are paid in full before the goods leave the warehouse. The receiving account belongs to the company named in the contract and proforma invoice; any change of account is valid only if confirmed on WhatsApp or from our company email, so do not pay to any other account. Quotations are in CNY; conversion arrangements for other currencies are agreed when quoting.

Yes. Sample and shipping costs are listed in the quotation; samples are sent once paid, and after a formal order the sample fee can be credited against the order as agreed.

Yes. You are welcome to visit the Fengbao factory in Qidong, Jiangsu; please arrange the date in advance. Third-party inspection can also be arranged, with the finished goods and packing area open on an agreed date. If you cannot come, ask for photos of finished tools, labels, kit contents and sealed cartons before shipment.

Stocked items ship within 7 days; orders that need production take 5 to 12 days.

Samples usually ship in standard packaging or a tool case. Bulk orders use tool cases, colour boxes or cartons as ordered; for private label, the colour boxes and cartons can carry your brand, confirmed against the order quantity.

Once the goods reach the destination warehouse, the number of free storage days is written in the proforma invoice (PI); storage beyond the free days is paid by the buyer, so please arrange collection within the free period.

Goods and freight are quoted separately. We can quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP; the place of shipment and the destination are agreed when quoting. Small orders usually ship DDP: customs clearance at both ends, duties and taxes are included in the quotation, so you do not have to clear customs yourself. Under the other terms we prepare the export documents on the China side, and customs clearance in the destination country is normally handled by the buyer or the buyer's forwarder or customs broker. The route, clearance responsibility and delivery point are written into the quotation and contract; if your customs broker needs documents in a particular format, list them before shipment.

Sending lithium batteries by air is more complicated than by land and usually needs a forwarder licensed for dangerous goods. When samples include batteries, they can travel overland with the main shipment, or a qualified forwarder you appoint can collect them; we prepare the battery documents the forwarder needs, model by model.

This can be arranged. Many customers buy from several suppliers in China and consolidate them into one load; we can deliver your order to the forwarder or consolidation warehouse you name. Give us the warehouse address and receiving requirements when you order.

UN38.3 and MSDS documents are checked per model and sent with the quotation; the tool, battery and charger may have separate documents. Small orders usually ship DDP, with customs clearance at both ends, duties and taxes included in the quotation, so you do not have to clear customs yourself. Russian and Kazakh manuals and labels can be prepared with the order.

Not necessarily. Tools, batteries and chargers are different products with different applicable standards, so their documents may be issued separately. Give the model numbers when you ask for a quote and we check them model by model; packing lists, invoices and export documents are prepared per order.

Approximately 12 to 25 days to Almaty and 16 to 25 days to Tashkent, depending on the actual route.

Yes. Single tools come with two batteries and a charger; kits have two or three batteries according to their contents list. Batteries come in 2.0, 4.0, 6.0 and 8.0 Ah, confirmed per model in the quote.

Yes. The charger works on 110-220 V, so it can be used with both 110 V and 220 V sockets; the plug is set for the destination country and confirmed in the specification sheet before ordering, and the five Central Asian countries generally use plugs with two round pins. Production is scheduled only after the specification sheet is confirmed, and plugs cannot be changed once the goods are built.

Yes. 2.0 to 8.0 Ah batteries fit every 21 V tool and use the Dayi A3-type mount common in China; the XLY-16-10 uses its own 16.8 V battery.

The mount is the Dayi A3 type common in China. All 28 LEIYU 21 V tools share this one battery, and all four capacities, 2.0, 4.0, 6.0 and 8.0 Ah, use this mount. The XLY-16-10 uses its own 16.8 V battery and is the exception.

Every model has a brushless motor; each product page lists the motor type in its specifications.

Yes, but a lithium battery delivers less usable capacity in the cold. Keep batteries indoors or in an insulated box when not in use; let a battery brought in from outside warm to room temperature before charging; for winter work, keep a spare battery to rotate.

LEIYU is a sub-brand of Fengbao, with trade and manufacturing as one: the Fengbao factory builds the tools, and Qingdao Chenrui Mingwo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. runs LEIYU's export business. Apart from the XLY-16-10, every LEIYU tool runs on 21 V batteries, with models and configurations chosen for Central Asian markets.

LEIYU is a sub-brand of Fengbao; the tools are assembled, inspected and packed in the Fengbao factory in Qidong, Jiangsu.

Batteries and chargers have a 1-year warranty, and LEIYU supplies spare parts for each model; the contract sets the final terms.

Yes. Batteries, chargers, switches, chucks and guards can be ordered separately by model. For every 3 tool sets we include one wear part free of charge, a switch or a housing, the customer's choice.

Yes. The Russian and English manuals can be downloaded from the downloads page; Russian and Kazakh manuals and labels can be prepared with the order.

Batteries with water damage, drop damage or a replaced housing, and chargers with water damage or a cut or broken cable, are not covered.

Send your order number, models and photos or a video via WhatsApp. After confirmation, replacement parts are included with the next shipment.

Whether you need one or two tools or a whole carton for your own use, please contact a local LEIYU dealer or wholesaler. If there is no dealer in your city yet, ask us: we will recommend the nearest dealer, who can send the goods by courier.

Yes. Territories are protected: one dealer per city, to avoid competition between dealers.

The initial review usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Every dealer gets a complete marketing kit and product training materials: catalogues, photos, videos and Russian and Kazakh promotional materials for each model.

Yes. Send your region, sales channels and expected sales volume. Territory, duration and sales targets are set out in the contract.

No. LEIYU does not open its own shops or sell at retail in any of the five Central Asian countries, and does not sell to private buyers around its dealers; private buyers who contact us are referred to the local or nearest dealer.

Yes. ODM means taking LEIYU models already in mass production and shipping them under your brand; OEM means private-label production to your brand, colours, labels and packaging. Branding, colour, labels, retail box, manual, accessories, battery capacity and kit configuration can all be customised, from 300 sets per model, colour and configuration. Samples are charged at the normal sample price; once the sample and the specifications are approved, production usually takes about 35 days, and the time for artwork and packaging development is set per project. Trial orders use the LEIYU brand without customisation.

Yes. High-resolution product photo packs, spec sheets and the Russian and English manuals are on the Downloads page; real-footage videos and Russian and Kazakh product copy are provided by model.
