How to choose a drill?
For drilling and driving screws, choose XLY-21-13 with a 13 mm chuck, supplied with two 4.0 Ah batteries and a case; for furniture assembly and everyday drilling, the lighter XLY-21-10 weighs 0.872 kg bare and comes with two 2.0 Ah batteries.
For tight spaces inside cabinets, ceilings and equipment, use the lightest model, XLY-16-10, at 0.771 kg bare; it uses its own 16.8 V battery, which does not fit the 21 V tools. For holes in winter ice, use the XLY-21-13C ice drill, supplied with two 6.0 Ah batteries.

Can the drills drive screws?
Yes. XLY-21-13 and XLY-21-10 have a torque collar: choose the setting for the material and screw size, and the clutch slips at the set torque, so screw heads are not stripped.
Can XLY-16-10 use 21 V batteries?
No. XLY-16-10 uses its own 16.8 V battery, which is not shared with the 21 V tools; that is what keeps the tool smaller and lighter.
How should the ice drill's batteries be used in winter?
Lithium batteries give less usable charge in the cold. Keep batteries indoors or in an insulated box when they are not in use, and take a spare to swap while working.
