How many kits are in a carton, and can models be mixed?
Standard products support trial orders by carton, with carton quantities varying by model. Model pages and category purchasing tables list available packing data; items marked for confirmation require separate checks. For mixed models, combination kits and special packaging, list your requirements first so the team can confirm quantities and terms.
How do I check two-battery kits and combination kits?
Standard individual-tool kits include two batteries and one charger; capacity depends on the selected configuration. Check combination kits against their own lists, rather than assuming each tool includes another two batteries. To check battery interchangeability between drills, impact wrenches and garden tools, verify the platform, connection and voltage. Do not judge 16 V and 21 V compatibility by appearance alone.
Which specifications should be considered separately when comparing models?
For drills, compare the chuck, body and task. The XLY-21-13 has a 13 mm chuck. For the four impact wrenches, the model number is the maximum torque stated on the nameplate; the bolts a tool can actually loosen also depend on corrosion, the socket and battery charge. For rotary hammers, angle grinders and saws, check the fitting, accessories and material separately.

How do I obtain a formal quotation that can be compared?
Goods are quoted in CNY by model, battery option and quantity. Payment is by T/T in CNY or USD: bulk orders pay a 30% deposit, with the balance paid before the goods leave the warehouse; small orders and samples are paid in full before the goods leave the warehouse. Goods and freight are itemised separately; transport is quoted for the destination, quantity and delivery requirements of the current order. Applicable product and battery transport documents are checked by model and available documents accompany the quotation.
