Full or shared containers.

Route, customs responsibility and delivery point are written into the quote and the contract.

For importers acting as regional agents: territory, duration and sales targets are set out in the contract; priority supply within the agreed territory after signing.

Wholesalers and hardware shops

Orders start from one carton, with mixed models available for the first order, and all 29 models are reordered as needed.

White-background photos, detail shots and Russian and Kazakh product copy are prepared for each model.

Workshops, site crews and online sellers

Four kits pack two to four tools, batteries and a charger into one case. Online sellers can use our photos, rotation videos and spec sheets. Customers who want one or two tools for their own use are referred to the local or nearest dealer.

Minimum order

Standard models start from one carton; mixed models are available for the first order.

Payment

T/T in CNY or USD; bulk orders: 30% deposit, balance paid before the goods leave the warehouse; small orders and samples are paid in full before the goods leave the warehouse; quotations are in CNY; conversion arrangements for other currencies are agreed when quoting. The receiving account belongs to the company named in the contract and proforma invoice; any change of account is valid only if confirmed on WhatsApp or from our company email, so do not pay to any other account. Dispatch is arranged once the balance arrives. Goods and freight are quoted separately.

Price terms

We quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP; small orders usually ship DDP, with customs clearance, duties and taxes included in the quotation. The place of shipment and the destination are agreed when quoting.

Wear parts

For every 3 tool sets we add one switch or one housing free of charge, your choice.

Storage on arrival

Free storage days at the destination warehouse are stated in the proforma invoice (PI). Storage beyond the free days is paid by the buyer; please arrange collection within the free period.

Documents

UN38.3 and MSDS documents are checked per model and sent with the quotation. The tool, battery and charger may have separate documents; Russian and Kazakh manuals and labels can be prepared with the order.

Samples

You can order samples first to check build quality. Sample and shipping costs are listed in the quotation. Samples can be requested together with the first-order models in one enquiry; samples and small trial orders can also be paid by Alipay.

Lead time

Stocked items ship within 7 days; orders that need production take 5 to 12 days.

Warranty

Batteries and chargers: 1-year warranty; LEIYU supplies spare parts for each model, replacements included with the next shipment. Not covered: batteries with water damage, drop damage or a replaced housing, and chargers with water damage or a cut or broken cable.

Dealer protection

LEIYU does not open its own shops or sell at retail in any of the five Central Asian countries, and does not sell to private buyers around its dealers; private buyers who contact us are referred to the local or nearest dealer.

Each product has its own applicable certifications; they are checked per model and sent with the quotation. Tools, batteries and chargers are different products, so their documents may be issued separately; packing lists, invoices and export documents are prepared per order.
