- Send the models, quantities, battery configuration and delivery city, and LEIYU quotes for your order. Quotations are in CNY; conversion arrangements for other currencies are agreed when quoting.
- Payment: T/T in CNY or USD; bulk orders: 30% deposit, balance paid before the goods leave the warehouse; small orders and samples paid in full before dispatch.
- Lead time: stocked items ship within 7 days; orders that need production take 5 to 12 days.
- Transport: from Qidong, Jiangsu, via Urumqi and Khorgos by rail or road to Central Asia, at most 25 days to every city.
- Documents: UN38.3 and MSDS are checked per model and sent with the quotation; the tool, battery and charger may have separate documents.
What should an enquiry include?
An enquiry that states five things gets an accurate quote the first time: company name and country, the models you want, the quantity of each model, the battery configuration and the delivery city. Battery configuration means how many batteries of which capacity come with each tool, for example two 4.0 Ah or two 6.0 Ah. If you want your own brand on the tools, say so in the enquiry as well.
If you have not chosen models yet, tell us what work your shop or customers mainly do, such as tyre changing, steel structures, orchards or renovation, and we will suggest models and battery capacities for it. We communicate in Chinese, Russian, English, Kazakh and Uzbek and reply within 2 hours on working days.
What does the quotation contain?
The quotation lists the unit price, battery configuration, units per carton, lead time, payment terms and available documents for each model, matched model by model to the quantities. Quotations are in CNY; conversion arrangements for other currencies are agreed when quoting.
Goods and freight are quoted separately. Freight is listed by delivery city and transport mode, so you can compare it with your own forwarder.
Sample first or order straight away?
For a first order you can take a sample to check the build and how the tool feels in the hand. Sample and shipping costs are listed in the quotation. Samples can be quoted together with the first-order models, all in one go; samples and small trial orders can also be paid by Alipay.
You can also order directly without a sample. Each model has a fixed number of units per carton, shown on the product page and in the quotation; every tool comes with two batteries and a charger, ready to sell out of the box.
How is payment made?
Payment is by T/T, in CNY or USD. Bulk orders: a 30% deposit, with the balance paid before the goods leave the warehouse. The deposit is paid once the contract or proforma invoice (PI) is signed, and LEIYU starts preparing stock or production; when the goods are ready the balance is paid, and dispatch is arranged once it arrives.
Small orders and samples are paid in full before the goods leave the warehouse.
The receiving account belongs to the company named in the contract and proforma invoice; check the name of the receiving company before paying. Any change of account is valid only if confirmed on WhatsApp or from our company email, so do not pay to any other account.
Samples and small trial orders can also be paid by Alipay.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked items ship within 7 days; orders that need production take 5 to 12 days. The goods are loaded in Qidong, Jiangsu, leave China via Urumqi and Khorgos and travel by rail or road, with no waiting for sailings. The table below shows the transit days to each city; every city is reached within 25 days at the latest.

Transit days are counted from departure in Qidong and do not include production time; the exact route and place of delivery are written into the contract.
Which documents are needed?
LEIYU checks its UN38.3 and MSDS documents per model and sends them with the quotation. Tools, batteries and chargers are different products, so their documents may be issued separately.
Export documents such as the packing list and commercial invoice are prepared for each order. Products entering the Eurasian Economic Union usually need Russian manuals and labels; Russian and Kazakh manuals and labels can both be prepared with the order.

What happens after delivery?
Once the goods reach the destination warehouse, the number of free storage days is written in the proforma invoice (PI); storage beyond the free days is paid by the buyer, so please arrange collection within the free period.
On arrival, open the cartons and check the models, quantities and battery configuration. If something is wrong, send photos or a video; once confirmed, replacements go with the next shipment.
Batteries and chargers carry a 1-year warranty, with a warranty card in the case; LEIYU supplies spare parts by model. Fast-selling models are restocked as needed, and one contact person follows you from enquiry to after-sales.
