Warranty terms
One year each for batteries and chargers.
If something goes wrong, send us photos or video first; we assess it and handle it on the terms below.
- Battery pack
- Covered for 1 year. Batteries with water damage, drop damage or a replaced housing are not covered.
- Charger
- Covered for 1 year. Chargers with water damage or a cut or broken cable are not covered.
- Spare parts
- LEIYU sends the spare parts for repairs, per model.
- Long-term storage
- Recharge a battery pack that sits unused for a long time.
How to request spare parts
Model, photo of the part, order number.
LEIYU sends the parts for each model. Send three things with your request: the model, a photo of the part to be replaced, and the order number or purchase date. We check the part against the model and confirm availability and how it will ship. For every 3 tool sets we include one wear part free of charge, a switch or a housing, your choice.
Batteries and chargers can be reordered on their own; just state the capacity and quantity. Existing customers without an order number can send a photo of the tool's nameplate instead.
How we handle a problem

Two document types, checked per model
UN38.3, MSDS.
Tell us the models and destination country when you ask for a quote: UN38.3 and MSDS documents are checked per model and sent with the quotation; Russian and Kazakh manuals and labels can be prepared with the order. Small orders usually ship DDP, with customs clearance at both ends, duties and taxes included in the quotation, so you do not have to clear customs yourself.
