Customs clearance
Small orders usually ship DDP: we arrange transport and customs clearance, duties and taxes are included in the quotation, and you do not have to clear customs yourself. For larger orders, the clearance method and trade terms are agreed in the quotation, and we confirm the details after checking each model.

Labels and manuals
Products entering the Eurasian Economic Union generally require Russian labels and manuals, and some countries also require their national language. LEIYU can prepare Russian and Kazakh manuals and labels with the order.
Checks before shipment
- Models, quantities and battery configurations match the quotation
- Outer carton markings and packing list match the goods
- Battery transport documents (UN38.3, MSDS) cover every model in the shipment
- Customs clearance responsibilities and delivery location are specified in the contract
This is a typical list; the requirements of the destination customs and the forwarder take precedence. LEIYU checks its UN38.3 and MSDS documents per model and sends them with the quotation.
